The Opportunity: We are seeking expressions of interest for an ICT Support Specialist to join our team, where you will play a critical role in the management and maintenance of a range of technology products for our client. This is a client-facing position that requires a strong technical background in Information Technology.
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Provide administration and support for IT systems, including Local Area Networks (MS Server 2012, VMware).Manage and maintain ICT technology ensuring they are ready for use and tracking defects.Evaluate and optimise IT, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and maintain procedural documentation to ensure consistent operation and support for systems.Offer subject matter expertise and advice on technology-enabled solutions for training and project processes.Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders to integrate technology systems into project operations.Assign and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring service continuity and operational efficiency.Prepare and deliver regular reporting on system performance and service delivery to the client. As the ideal candidate you will bring: Essential: Tertiary and/or vocational qualifications in IT or related fields.3-5 years of experience in IT administration and simulation system management.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) is preferred.NV1 Security clearance (or ability to obtain).
