Hey You Are you passionate about helping others achieve their goals? Do you enjoy coaching, mentoring, and creating strategies to ensure learner success? We're looking for a Learner Success Coach to join our genU Training team and support learners throughout their studies and beyond.
As a Learner Success Coach, you'll be at the forefront of helping learners overcome barriers to completion, improve retention rates, and prepare for employment opportunities. You'll develop tailored coaching strategies, coordinate support sessions, and provide individual guidance on study skills, job readiness, and more. You'll also play a key role in analyzing survey data to help drive continuous improvement.
Position to commence first week of February.
Some of your key responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver retention-focused sessions, including individual and group support, to keep learners on track and engaged. Provide 1:1 coaching on topics like time management, study skills, digital literacy, resume writing, and job placement readiness. Analyse survey data and report on learner feedback to drive improvements in the learning experience. Administer and coordinate learner support sessions and induction promotions, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication with learners. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by promoting best practices in coaching and submitting survey findings. About You You're a motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on supporting others. You have a strong understanding of the challenges learners face and are eager to help them succeed. You also have excellent communication skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications: TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Equivalent NDIS Screening Workers Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of training material designed to support learner engagement Demonstrated experience working with a CRM, Learning Management System and Microsoft products Working knowledge of ASQA standards and VET quality framework (desirable) genU Benefits & Culture Here at genU we're a group of passionate, driven people who want everyone's lives to be happier and healthier, especially people with disabilities, the ageing and those experiencing disadvantage.
