Description: What You'll Do: Pick and Pack: Handle a variety of goods with precision. Freight Coordination: Book and manage deliveries. General Warehouse Duties: Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly by maintaining organization and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Undertake picking and packing of orders, ensuring they meet customer requirements. Dispatch orders and coordinate freight bookings. Check and receipt incoming stock and manage stock transfers. Load and unload trucks. Conduct regular stock-taking and manage inventory levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and HSE-compliant warehouse. Respond to emails within the 6-hour SLA and manage phone calls. Update CRM, process orders, and organize quotes. Communicate with internal and external customers. Assist walk-in customers, handle payments, and provide after-sales support. Follow all company policies and procedures. Participate in continuous improvement programs.
