As the Director of Ticketing, Partnerships & Sales , you oversee ticketing operations, drive ticket and premium sales, and lead the internship sales program for the Victoria Royals hockey team.
You manage the ticketing processes, maximize sales revenue, and foster a growth-oriented, collaborative environment for interns and team members.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Hockey Operations, you are an integral part of creating an engaging atmosphere at Save-On Foods Memorial Centre and supporting the overall business objectives of the team.
To qualify for this role, you have accumulated significant experience leading sales of sports or event tickets and have gained skills in ticketing operations, sales coaching/training, and sales reporting/analytics.
For bonus points, you have a bachelor's degree or diploma in sports marketing, business, or a related field.
You also recognize that sports team ticket sales is not a "9 to 5" type of role – evening and weekend work is to be expected, especially during the hockey season.
