We are looking for a talented, competitive and highly qualified Business Development Manager that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment to grow with us as a part of our education sales team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, focusing on K-12 education sales. You must be comfortable building territory, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Outreach to new accounts through cold calling, email and phone campaignsDevelop and nurture existing accountsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsIdentify appropriate solutions based on customer needs analysisClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsQualifications: 5+ years of proven sales experienceMust have K-12 education sales experienceBA/BS degree in a relevant field preferredTrack record of over-achieving quotaProficient with corporate productivity toolsExperience working with CRMExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
