Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
JY Accountants is a leading accounting firm dedicated to delivering high-quality financial services to our diverse clientele. Driven by our ongoing organic growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success in this newly created role.
Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and well-organised workplace. Manage and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. Provide high level support to the Managing Partner and senior managers, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence preparation, and travel arrangements. Manage the firm's social media accounts, create & post content, and engage with followers to enhance the firm's online presence. Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new clients. Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense reporting, and budget tracking, and oversee the admin team's accurate processing of AP & AR. Experience, Attributes, Skills Proven experience as an Office Manager within an accounting firm. At least 4 years experience as an office manager. Strong moral compass, willingness to learn, and the ability to develop & lead a small admin team professionally and with humility. Exceptional communication, organisation, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively. Systems savvy, Microsoft Office and familiarity with XERO accounting software. Meticulous attention to detail, a keen eye for process improvement, and strong problem-solving abilities. A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
