The Client: The company has a strong history of providing commercial insurance rectifications across the Strata and Heritage industries, taking on projects up to $6 million.
The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at the one time, communicating timelines with the building supervisors, nurturing existing client relationships and building new ones, and developing and growing both the team and business.
About You: As this is a senior role, you should already be well qualified and experienced in this industry, and possess the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Building and Construction with matching experience. Trade background (Preferably Carpentry). Proven experience within the commercial insurance industry; experience dealing directly with loss adjusters is essential. Strong skills on the client side - half your business should come from relations you develop yourself. Strong communication skills and ability to drive a company vision. Can-do attitude.
