Site Supervisor / Foreperson – Fitout Project Our client has been leading in the Commercial New Build & Fitout space for over 15 years and is looking to expand their fitout management team.
Are you a skilled Foreperson with a passion for fitout projects? JV Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join their team for an exciting project based in Alexandria, starting in February.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.Provide hands-on support as required, while predominantly focusing on supervisory duties.RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience as a Foreman on fitout projects.Previous experience in new build construction is advantageous but not essential.Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.What's on OfferCompetitive salary package of up to $140k + super (depending on experience).Opportunity to work with a collaborative, dynamic team.Progress throughout the business with leadership training from Senior Project Management.If you have the skills, experience, and drive to succeed in this role, we'd love to hear from you!
