Who are you? Ideally, you have 5+ years' experience as a sales engineer and are ready to step into a management role. Alternatively, you may already be in sales management and looking for something more strategic with great mentorship.

The role? Operating from the company's headquarters in Albury/Wodonga, you'll be responsible for leading the growth ambitions of Summit in New South Wales. You'll spend the first few months getting the lay of the land, undertaking discovery calls to understand scopes of work, and then presenting and promoting Summit Power's unique solution to win orders. From there, your focus will turn to coaching, mentoring, and building your small sales team—with both inside and field reps.
Ultimately, you'll become responsible for all aspects of the go-to-market strategy of the business, working alongside peers in Finance and Operations. Reporting to the managing director, the three of you will be responsible for the effective running of the business.
