Utilise your Administrative expertise to provide support and advice to Corrections Victoria An Ongoing, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service VPS Grade 2: $58,539 - $75,175 plus superannuation. About the Business Unit:
The Department of Justice and Community Safety provides compliance, enforcement, and regulatory services to the Victorian Community.
The Hume Region delivers a range of services through Justice Service Centres located at Wangaratta, Shepparton, Seymour and Wodonga.
The Corporate Services Business unit is responsible for providing the region with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance and procurement, planning and reporting, fleet and facilities management, risk management, workforce development and general administration.

About the Role:
The Justice Officer - Administration performs reception and concierge duties and provides accurate and timely administrative support services for the various business areas within the Justice Service Centres across the locations. The role has a strong focus on service delivery to clients, internal and external stakeholders, and the public.
Administrative duties may include responding to over-the-counter enquiries from staff or from the general public, providing information and assistance with matters relating to Department portfolios, assisting with correspondence management (e.g. Court documents / fines / Birth Deaths & Marriages submissions), and the maintenance of a range of electronic information and filing systems. The role works at the primary location but will be required to provide services for other Justice Services Areas within the region as required or during periods of peak demand.

About You:As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Experience within an administrative capacity would be advantageous Experience in managing reception duties Well-developed computer literacy Assisting clients to navigate the linkages between the department's range of services.
