The Hume Region delivers a range of services through Justice Service Centres located at Wangaratta, Shepparton, Seymour and Wodonga. The Corporate Services Business unit is responsible for providing the region with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance and procurement, planning and reporting, fleet and facilities management, risk management, workforce development and general administration.About the Role:The Justice Officer – Administration performs reception and concierge duties and provides accurate and timely administrative support services for the various business areas within the Justice Service Centres across the locations. Some of your duties will include:Providing accurate and timely administrative support and client servicesProviding information and assistance to clients, internal and external stakeholders and the public including the collation, review, and processing of applicationsProviding reception duties, answer, forward and respond to telephone calls for locations.About You:As our ideal candidate, you will possess:Experience within an administrative capacity would be advantageousAssisting clients to navigate the linkages between the department's range of services.How to Apply:Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
