In the role of Principal Enterprise Bargaining Advisor, you will be responsible for the provision of authoritative advice, leadership and support to senior management and clients of the Department on workforce relations issues.

Key Responsibilities Provision of expert advice and consultancy services to executives, senior managers and clients' matters relating to Enterprise Bargaining in a Public Sector context.
Assist where required in sensitive industrial and workforce issues and develop, negotiate, and implement appropriate strategies for timely resolution in consultation with relevant parties.
Apply knowledge of contemporary human resource practices to develop well-informed, responsive, and innovative strategic solutions to matters relating to Enterprise Bargaining.
Undertake industrial research associated with Enterprise Bargaining.
Represent the department at high-level negotiations relating to industrial and workforce relations issues, including advocacy at the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
Draft complex briefing material, correspondence, QIRC submissions and reports on issues related to Enterprise Bargaining within the Department.
Lead and oversee project work in the development, implementation, and reporting of initiatives, programs, policies, and targeted plans which relate to Enterprise Bargaining.
Applications to remain current for 12 months.
