ABOUT THE ROLE Portmans in Morley Galleria is seeking a passionate Store Manager to inspire and lead the team to success. This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.
DAY IN THE LIFE: This role focuses on delivering exceptional 1:1 customer service, styling our customers to perfection, and achieving sales targets and KPIs. You'll manage team performance, stock levels, and ensure the store reflects Portmans high standards.

Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales and KPIs. Skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours. Experienced in managing inventory and reducing stock loss. Strong at coaching and developing teams, driving succession.
