About The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance officer with accounts payable and payroll experience to join our dynamic finance team in Birtinya.
The role will involve : Complete timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll in Myob of over 200 employees Timely response to employee payroll enquiries Accounts payable verification, processing and enquiries Assist with Financial Invoice processing of NDIS & Home care packages. Preparation of correspondence, reports, maintenance of files. Assist other finance team members as required. About You: Positive "can do" attitude. 2+ years' experience in finance dealing with accounts receivable and payroll Strong working knowledge of Myob Experience with Alayacare desired Experience in the aged care sector is desirable but not necessary Relevant Tertiary Qualifications are highly regarded Attention to detail is a must Excellent problem solving skills will be necessary Time management and prioritization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi task Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) Why Work with Us?
