You'll play a key role supporting our recruitment and HR functions in this 5-month contract based in our Balcatta office.

By ensuring smooth processes and great candidate experiences, you'll help us attract top talent who share our passion for making a positive difference.
What You'll Do Oversee new starter onboarding - coordinate induction sessions and finalize files Manage recruitment compliance - police checks, NDIS checks, etc.
Keep personnel records updated and accurate Provide admin support for recruitment and HR projects Help maintain candidate databases and tracking systems Who We're Looking For The successful applicant will have: A detail-oriented approach and stellar organizational abilities Exceptional data entry and administrative skills The ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Expertise with MS Office Suite A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Why Work With Us We offer a supportive environment plus: $36.75 per hour + 11.5% superannuation Convenient Balcatta location with parking Free onsite parking Access to salary packaging up to $18,550 p.a.
