Position Description and Selection criteria The Junior Years Teacher plays a vital role in creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom that fosters engagement, growth, and a passion for learning. A key focus is fostering positive cooperation and collaboration, with the aim to nurture a supportive educational atmosphere, maintain high teaching standards, and promote teamwork and engagement within the school community.
