Our Junior Workforce Planner  is responsible for managing and organizing the schedules of our optometrists within OPSM and plays a crucial role in ensuring our stores appointments runs smoothly, with the right staff available at the right times to meet our patient needs.
Working as our Workforce Planner means you'll create and maintain schedules for optometrists, balancing their availability with OPSM clinic demands, and coordinates with internal stakehoders to ensure seamless operations.
Whilst managing communication, record-keeping, compliance, problem-solving, optimization, and reporting to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Requirements for Success:  Meets the demands of each business unit to both the long term and short term strategy for EssilorLuxottica Rosters to fill rates and create a culture of flexibility amongst the optometry community Matches target optometry hours to maximize our sales Manage compliance to optometry loadings Communication with Professional Services Manager & Area Eyecare Managers Manages State and National Relief Teams Locum usage to be minimized and used only in regional and remote locations across ANZ Manage optometry annual leave balances together with the Professional Service Managers  Knowledge & Skills required: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel Prior experience using an Employee Payroll System Applies logic and clear thinking in assessing situations and information Working in a fast environment it's necessary to identify priorities and be able to deal with conflicting deadlines Possess a keen analytical mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for numbers and data Initiates and sustains effective working relationships by exhibiting skills such as integrity, information sharing and consensus building Expresses ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly, readily understood by listeners and readers and writes clear, concise and readable documents Identifies alternatives and makes effective decisions resulting in business driven conclusions.
