Junior Workforce Planner
to join our dynamic Client Services team to ensure our Client Services departments are fully equipped to meet forecasted service level requirements. Your role will be key in optimizing resources and providing regular updates on contact centre workforce performance.

This role is located in Brisbane, Australia (HQ). At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model (the ability to work from home), ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.
We are looking for candidates who have the flexibility to work across the entire week including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Your day-to-day...
Coordinate the rostering of Client Services/betting employees to ensure an optimal level of resourcing.
Updating and maintaining accurate schedule data is a crucial responsibility of this role. You will be responsible for consistently monitoring and making necessary adjustments to ensure that all schedule information is up-to-date.
Monitor workforce management systems and enhance reporting capabilities to deliver analysis on occupancy levels and service levels.
Analyze operator statistics, interpret data, and compile accurate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and performance.
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training materials.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and the impact of rostering/scheduling.
Assist in maintaining long-term forecasting planning to ensure correct recruitment plans are in place to meet business requirements.
