To realise our vision we are looking for a passionate, creative & energetic junior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team.
Your role is to support the Temple & Webster business to develop world-class digital experiences for our customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Our design team works to continually discover, ideate and learn about a problem and the user it impacts.

Our ideal candidate will have Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Designer Understanding of e-commerce practices and challenges Knowledge of user-centred design methodologies in a digital environment An understanding of style guide development, interaction modelling and prototyping Good working knowledge of Figma (more advance skill is preferred) A passion for elegant, simple and innovative designs with a portfolio of design demonstrating it Understanding of A/B testing and 'test and learn' approaches to conversion optimisation is advantageous Understanding of design thinking concepts, web standards and accessibility Familiarity with digital design principles and standards, with clear judgement/rationale for design direction (including responsive design).
