About the role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join our research team. We are looking for someone fresh, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute to our dynamic Experience Design team. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and others to support participant recruitment and collecting user feedback. As a Junior Design Researcher, you will have the valuable opportunity to improve your research skills in a business environment. We believe in learning by doing, and your role will involve working closely with researchers and designers to recruit suitable participants, support research and chip in to the development of a robust research operations system. Please Note: This role is a 12-month fixed term part time opportunity 15.2 hours per week. Responsibilities - Research participant recruitment and operations. - Maintain and scale the research recruitment process. - Handle a database of customers and assist with research recruitment. - Build and maintain repeatable processes for research documentation including communications material & templates. - Build a searchable research repository and make prior research easier to find and access. Reporting & Analytics - Prepare reports on participant recruitment, invitation responses, and attendance. - Use data analytics to continually improve the effectiveness of recruitment and invitation strategies. Supervised research - Assist in adhoc quant and qual research - learn the ropes!
