This is a Junior UX Designer role with one of the leading companies in AU right now -- Westpac -- with an amazing team. They are continuing to grow rapidly. More About the Role at Westpac Work with Principal Designers, Senior UX designers and Content Designer to create public facing webpages for the Westpac Group website. This can include updating an existing page experience or designing a completely new experiences for a new product or service being launched **Responsibilities** _UX Design Skills_ - Work with senior designer and Senior content designer in creating new UX experience - Plan out how the experience will sit within end to end customer journey - Design information architecture experience - Design visual assets (icons/visuals) - Work with content designer to layout visual and content experience - Utilise Design Patterns _Stakeholder management Skills_ - Work with stakeholders – product owners, business analysts, optimisation managers to define their needs and work collaboratively to meet their required outcomes - Work with accessibility team to ensure all experience meet AA accessibility requirements - Work with Legal and compliance to ensure meet regulatory requirements _Broader design skills_ - Contribute to workshops and co-design sessions, and learn facilitation skills whilst supporting senior team members - Supports senior team members with preparing prototypes for testing and taking notes through testing sessions with participants - Support senior designers with research recruitment, facilitating testing sessions and actively contribute to analysis and synthesis - Actively collaborate with the design systems team to build knowledge of component libraries, workflows and patterns **Skills** _Core Skills_ - UX Design - Graphic design _Complimentary_ - Service design - Design Thinking - Agile - Content writer - Motion film design **Education** - Formal education or training in Design Previous experience in delivery UX projects
