Junior Trust Accountant/ Administrator

Our client is a renowned trust accounting outsourcing and training company who have improved the efficiency and services of thousands of Real Estate agencies across Australia. They are known for challenging the status quo and bringing a fresh and innovative approach to big and small companies within the industry.
Due to exciting growth they are seeking a junior administrator or junior property manager who is looking to carve a career in trust accounting.
The Role: Ensure accurate invoice supplier entry and tenant invoices Upload and process client invoices to trust software Support team with daily and monthly trust bank account reconciliations Assist with email enquiries from clients where possible Assist Team to correct BPAY returns and banking uploads Enter tenant applications The Candidate: Strong administration skills and previous real estate experience ideal Be well organised and able to multitask & confident communicator Property Me & Property Tree experience highly desirable Would be suitable for a candidate wanting to step away from the day to day of property management or looking for a more office-based role The Benefits: WFH 2x per week after probation, flexible start & finish hours Get into a growing business, great culture & training Learn all the trust accounting programs.
