The Role As a Junior Traffic Management Draftsperson, you'll be an integral part of our design team, creating Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and supporting our project designers to ensure safe and effective traffic management plans. You'll be using specialized software (experience in Rapid Plan is a huge bonus!) and learning new tools as you grow within the role.
