19th September, 2024About Us:We are an innovative brand new start-up looking at transforming the personal lending space!Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document business requirements related to payment processing and consumer lending systems.Understanding of personal loan cycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within payment and lending workflows.Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes, recommending solutions to bridge gaps.Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of system enhancements.Monitor and evaluate system performance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on payments and consumer lending.Strong understanding of payment systems, credit products, loan origination, and consumer lending workflows.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus.Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
