About the Role Are you someone with great customer service skills? Do you want to work with a friendly and supportive team? Have you ever thought about leading a team? If so, we have a great opportunity for someone who wants to build on their customer service skills and move into a corporate environment.
In this varied role you will establish and maintain a day-to-day relationship with the customer and provide excellent administration services for our government and corporate clients.
Scope of the role includes: Develop an understanding of the customer's business to be able to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
Ensure team/site productivity, customer, and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership of a team.
Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary; ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
Assist with monthly customer reports including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.
About you Perhaps you have worked in the retail or hospitality sector and you are looking for an opportunity to work in a corporate environment.
Maybe you have had a small taste of leading a team, or you've always wanted to have a team.
Ideally you possess excellent administrative, time management and organizational skills but more importantly your strong customer service mindset means you always have the desire to deliver and exceed client expectations.
Key Skills and experience include: Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
A great attitude and the enthusiasm to learn new skills.
