Position: Junior Supply Chain CoordinatorCompany: Aglo SystemsLocation: Dingley, AustraliaAs a leading supplier of commercial project lighting solutions and custom-manufactured architectural features within the Australian market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our tight-knit team.If you are a vibrant, energetic, and proactive individual who likes to provide outstanding service in a multifaceted role, then look no further.Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Lead, your key functions will be:Ensure that all purchase orders ETAs are accurately recorded in the system.Liaise with suppliers regarding order confirmations, lead times, and delivery dates.Monitor local and overseas freight costs and invoices, ensuring any significant variations are noted and justified.Monitor and update shipment details once the purchase order has arrived.Liaise with the warehouse when the purchase order arrives to check the stock and receive it.Provide purchasing support to customer service, sales, and marketing teams regarding stock queries.Process supplier invoices for the accounts team.Work with the operations team to ensure optimal stock integrity through strong data management.What it takes to be amazing in this role:Strong numeracy, data entry, and computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.Flexible attitude that is prepared to assist other team members in both the office and warehouse environments.Must have a customer-first focus to support the customer solutions team.Must be able to plan, act quickly, and be mentally flexible.Self-motivation & a growth mindset with a continual improvement focus for themselves and the business.By being Accountable, Innovative, Respectful, and Engaged, you are expected to hold the Aglo values in high regard.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and CRMs.The right fit for Aglo means the right candidate will be down-to-earth, cool under pressure, and possess a 'can do' attitude.
