Your role will focus largely on supporting the Strategy Director to create brand strategies and you will start to develop a better understanding of our proprietary strategic tools.WHAT YOU'RE HERE TO DOWith guidance and support from the Strategy Director, as well as access to proprietary tools, your days will be interesting, insightful, and creative. As we navigate challenges and identify future opportunities, your responsibilities will include:Research: Conducting desktop research and analysing documents to extract relevant insights.Trends: Synthesising trends that shape the future of the category, culture, and consumers.Consumer insights: Creating pen portraits of target audiences and their worlds.Competitor reviews: Segmenting categories and reviewing competitor brands.Brand audits: Auditing how brands currently present themselves.Creative storytelling: Shaping insights into compelling narratives through imagery.Workshops: Compiling relevant stimuli for workshops.Brand territories: Helping to bring positioning opportunities to life through references and imagery.Innovation: Working alongside the Strategy Director to develop new-to-world products, ideas, and concepts.Brand architecture: Developing an understanding of our clients' portfolio systems to guide design.ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONSCulture: Contributing positively to Bulletproof's collaborative creative culture.Commercial: Working efficiently to meet deadlines and budget requirements.Clients: Attending meetings, workshops, and occasional focus groups.Communication: Staying in close contact with team members as required.Creative: Collaborating with the creative team to ensure alignment between strategy and design.RequirementsThe Junior Strategist is expected to have the following skills and knowledge:A demonstrated desire to become a brand strategist.A keen interest in branding, design, and emerging trends.Exceptional attention to detail.An ability to work in a team, across a number of projects.Proactive and instinctive in assisting team members.Strong grammar and spelling skills.A creative eye for slide formatting, imagery, and presentation.The ability to take direction and work at pace.Motivation and ambition to succeed, both individually and as part of a team.Competitive benefits package.
