Junior Strategist (Marketing Specialist)As the Junior Strategist, you'll straddle both strategy and social media management. A core part of the role will be to support the development of insightful social strategies that deliver and contribute to creative outputs across accounts and projects.You will assist in managing the social media accounts including the development of social media calendars, growing and fostering communities, and always looking out for key trends and opportunities for clients. You'll work closely with the Account team and agency Co-Founders to bring social and influencer strategies to life.The Junior Strategist plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering creativity, crafting and executing top-notch strategies, and cultivating a fun work environment. You will collaborate with the team to continually elevate our strategic outputs.While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us and the creativity of our campaigns means that the role will evolve over time and needs a 'can do' approach to picking projects up and making them happen.The roleResearch, reporting and insightsContinually on the hunt for insights through research into competitors, culture, audience behaviours, platform trends and usage, etc. to inform strategies, campaign responses and content calendars.Support teams to develop clear performance reports for clients that turn data points into "oh wow" insights that effectively fuel ongoing work.Create trend reports/updates to be shared with internal teams, clients and new business prospects to demonstrate Bread's social expertise and intel.Strategy developmentAssist in the development of social strategies that clearly align to our clients' business goals target audiences - clearly showcasing the role that social/influencer/content/paid media plays in achieving those goals.Work with teams to set clear KPIs to ensure that all strategies are measurable.Continually collaborate with Account and Creative teams to ensure that outputs align to agreed strategies and approaches.Develop inspiring creative briefs and work collaboratively with our creative team to convert briefs into good ideas.Support creative campaign responses, bringing performance data and creativity together in interesting ways.Content, community and paid mediaBring new ideas and fresh thinking to our clients, developing multi-platform content calendars.Create detailed and easy-to-follow briefs for the in-house Creative team, designers, photographers, and videographers to bring content concepts to life.Build and foster engaged communities for our clients across platforms, making sure the comments section is as interesting as the post itself.Implement paid media campaigns across platforms, making sure that the content we create reaches the right people.Project managementManagement of projects to the highest degree of performance and operational excellence.Daily operational management: project management, timeline delivery, and workflow planning.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available.2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Work visa can be provided for this role.Expected start date for role: 09 December 2024.Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per month.
