Excellent career progression on offer for the right candidate First-class working environment and team culture Placed candidates across the business and have had excellent feedback Flexible working arrangements post probation The Role: Support and assist a team of Strata Managers, learn from the best Strata Administration ad-hoc duties Manage repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People) Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations) Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with The Candidate: 12 + months experience in Body Corporate Ideal but not essential Open to Residential Real Estate experienced candidates A great can-do attitude and must be willing to learn Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence Ability to work under pressure to deadlines Excellent presentation along Excellent written and verbal communication skills
