Junior Staff Writer / Journalist

Lanella Media, a leading publisher of industry magazines for the building, construction & electro-technology sectors, seeks a junior journalist to join its team. With a growing stable of magazine titles, online properties and video solutions, the role is required to supplement existing resources and to build more capability into the team environment.

This is a full-time position based in Carnegie, Victoria. The staff writer will be responsible for researching and writing features and other articles across a number of magazines.The role will also be responsible for the daily update of several industry websites (via WordPress) and helping to develop online video content.Demonstrated technical writing ability, the ability to produce clean copy and strong interpersonal skills are integral to the success of this position.Apply in writing - including resume, writing sample and a one-page covering letter. Applications without a writing sample will not be considered.  This role is suitable for a recent graduate.
