Based in Hallam, you will collaborate closely with our WA Sales team, contributing to the design and supply of iconic construction projects across the state, including commercial buildings, multi-residential towers, hospitals, and airports.Your focus will include our diverse product segments: Architectural Door Hardware, Automatic Entrance Solutions, Electronic Access Devices & Control, Master Keying & Keying Systems, Glass Door Hardware, and Door Seals. To support our sales objectives, you will be responsible for:Building a professional network through attendance at CPD presentations and industry events.Addressing inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external customers.Managing a portfolio of existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.Conducting market research to identify new projects and potential clients, enhancing our customer base and market presence.Utilizing EntriWorX for precise specification writing.Maintaining and updating customer information in Salesforce.Creating and maintaining comprehensive specifications and schedules for door hardware, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.Reviewing and validating specifications for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project goals, ensuring they meet client needs.Maintaining organised records of specifications, revisions, and project-related documents for easy access and reference.Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and ensure specifications align with sales strategies.Keeping abreast of relevant codes, regulations, and standards to ensure specifications remain compliant and up-to-date.Your primary clients will be architects, but you will also engage with developers, designers, builders, hardware distributors, and contractors.YOUR SKILLSYour keen eye for detail and engineering-focused mindset will be crucial for success in this role. We seek a candidate who approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented perspective and is comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels.Key Skills and Qualifications:A strong ability to analyse specifications and engineering requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.A solutions-based mindset that thrives on tackling complex challenges in design and specifications.Capable of effectively managing your time and tasks to meet project deadlines and key performance targets.Strong emphasis on clear communication, fostering collaborative relationships with clients and team members.Experience with EntriWorX and/or Salesforce Lightning is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn these tools is important.A degree in engineering or architecture is preferred but not essential.Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to create and visualize specifications in a spatial context is preferred but not essential.WHAT YOU CAN TRUST IN: A FULFILLING WORKPLACEJoin an Industry Leader on a Global landscape.
