Qualifications & Experience Previous Experience : Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a premium or fine dining restaurant.
Food Cleanliness : Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Leadership and Team Player Skills : A passion for training and developing talented culinary individuals who will be the future leaders within the business.
