What the role is about
Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day operation;Assist with menu development with a focus on seasonal produce;Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation ;Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure a smooth service;Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations;Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours;Who are we looking for
