Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a key role in elevating the culinary experience within Three Blue Ducks Kitchen Team, which provides a diverse range of services, including à la carte dining and functions.
Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with kitchen operations, maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation, implementing and monitoring cleaning procedures, and supervising the Kitchen Team in the Sous Chef's absence.
