We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Atrium Team.
Assist the Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations
Assist the Chef De Cuisine with leading, coaching team members
Assist in training within the operation including HACCAP procedures
Assist Chef De Cuisine to prepare and manage budgets where appropriate
Ensure the product consistency is attained in regards to appearance and taste
About you
You'll bring the following:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Prior Experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated experience in people management and working with large teams
Experience in training and empowering others
Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunity, ethical practice and occupational health and safety.
Ability to work Full-Time hours
Qualifications
Qualification Certificate 3 Cookery.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $85,000 to $87000
