Shangri-La Sydney currently has a position available in our award winning upscale dining restaurant, Altitude.
About the Role

Striving to always up-sell to better quality premium and super-premium products and to motivate and inspire the team to follow that lead.
Maintaining Altitude's dispense bar area, ensuring its cleanliness, beverage rotation, orders and par levels as well as training.
Conduct wine tastings/training for service associates and wine ambassadors.
Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.

About You

Passion for wine and the industry.
Basic knowledge of Australian wines.
Experience in 5-star restaurant service.
Strong communication skills.
RSA certification is required.
WSET Level 2 or CMS qualification advantageous.
