Our firm is seeking a passionate, motivated, patient, and reliable property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join our team.
About this Role The position is full-time with an immediate start.
It is preferred that the candidate has 1 year PAE experience working in a small to medium-sized law firm.
Junior solicitors without experience are also welcome to apply.
We are willing to cultivate you to practice in other areas if you are interested.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the supervisor and legal team to handle real property conveyancing cases.
Conduct thorough research and due diligence on property transactions.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to conveyancing.
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are protected.
Stay up-to-date with relevant property laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Be familiar with LEAP and PEXA.
Willing to develop own clients.
The requirements for the successful candidate: Admitted as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer in New South Wales.
Proven experience in real property conveyancing is desirable, but we also welcome applications from junior solicitors without experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to changes in property laws and regulations.
Remuneration: We offer a competitive annual salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The salary is based on experience.
