What you will be doing: Preparing matters associated with Workers Compensation, WID and Public Liability.
Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Engaging clients to take instructions and obtain particulars, documents and information.
Preparing ARD, LOI, statements and Settlement Conferences.
Filing matters.
Booking medical appointments.
Arranging conferences.
Liaising with external parties including Solicitors, Barristers and Counsel.
An opportunity to get involved with Interstate Personal Injury matters while working from NSW.
What we are looking for: Ideally 1-2 years PAE experience working on Workers Compensation matters.
Would also suit final year or recently admitted candidates provided they meet the above requirement.
Professionalism.
Excellent grammar and writing skills.
Able to work autonomously and within a team.
Strong organisational skills.
