Junior Site Manager/Site Supervisor/Leading Hand

Brown Recruitment Services is currently seeking either a Leading Hand Carpenter or Site Supervisor who is looking to step up, with a background in Commercial Insurance or small construction projects such as fit out or refurbishments. This position involves working for a commercial builder on various small and medium-sized refurbishment, fit out, and new build projects, where your skills within the insurance or fit out space will suit the tasks needed to fulfill this role. In return, you will be offered mentorship and the opportunity to excel in your career and work on larger scale projects. Initially, you will be managing one large client for this builder, which will be based across several sites in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Managing Director, we are looking for someone who is capable of managing and working without supervision. This role will allow you to manage the key client and work towards gaining solutions to construction works. The opportunity will see you work on projects around the $30M bracket in the near future, should you welcome the challenge and show the capability.
