Job description We have been engaged by a reputable South Australian commercial builder, seeking a Junior Site Supervisor to further their delivery of innovative projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional to develop their construction abilities in a supportive team environment.
You will be working on a broad range of projects and industries, where you be required to demonstrate attention to detail skills to produce accurate estimations.
Our client's diverse range of commercial projects and upcoming pipeline will ensure that you will always receive exposure to new projects where you will continually broaden your skills and experience.
Your New Role In your new role, you will manage the daily operations on-site, and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard possible.
On-site you will maintain and promote a healthy and safe working environment that complies with all up-to-date legislation and requirements.
You will be a part of a collaborative team that take charge of managing employees, subcontractors, clients, and the community to complete projects effectively and to the original briefing.
Your scope of involvement within a project will be broad and you can expect to be involved in health and safety, quality maintenance, organising of subcontractors/resources and conducting general site meetings with others.
The Like Mind Your experience coming from a carpentery background working on commercial projects including but not limited to fit out and refurbishment would see you transition well into this role and provide you a great foundation to ensure the successful coordination of diverse project teams and contractors.
A forward-thinking and innovative individual, your versatility and intuition will allow you to adapt to any situation and assist in solving any issues as they arise.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential as you will establish and maintain quality relationships with key clients and colleagues.
