AIE is looking to employ a Junior Service Desk & IT Support team member to provide day to day telephone and basic on-site support for AIE's Information Technology systems. The role encompasses providing face-to-face and remote technical support across Australian and US operations.
Day to day duties will include:
Provide basic end-user customer support via telephone, face-to-face, onsite, and remote assistance tools. Work within a ticketing system with incident and service requests Provide hardware support including basic troubleshooting, replacing components. Support basic audio/visual setups Maintaining user accounts, perform new user onboarding, and performing password resets. Requirements:
