Position Overview SEA Heavy Diesel is a Heavy Diesel workshop servicing trucks, buses, trailers, and anything Heavy Diesel. We are the service and parts outlet for Isuzu truck and Penske Perth (MAN truck, Detroit Diesel, and Allison Automatics). SEA Heavy Diesel is also the Heavy Vehicle Authorised Inspection Station for the Department of Transport. We service a number of company fleets such as CBH, Clean Away, PFD Foods, and Swan Haven buses. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our valued clients, which we do with our quality staff. We are looking for employees who will fit into the South East Auto & Heavy Diesel culture, are hardworking, and are passionate about the future of our mechanical workshop, wanting to grow their career surrounded and supported by their team.
Qualifications & Experience This business is located in Esperance, on the south coast of Western Australia - please do not apply for the position unless you are looking to relocate to a rural area (at your own cost). This is NOT a mining company; it is not a FIFO position. Desirable but not essential experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive industry. A current Driver's License. Customer service orientation. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Computer literate. Neat and tidy appearance in the workplace. Knowledge of 'Workshop Manager' software program would be an advantage. The ability to work under pressure. Tasks & Responsibilities Interpret workshop & customer's parts requirements. Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers. Source and order parts. Raise purchase orders, prepare quotes, invoicing, etc. Liaise with Workshop & Service department.
