The Support Officer will provide ReadyTech customers with high levels of client service by answering questions, resolving support issues and nurturing client relationships.
Assist with the delivery of security and privacy operations to provide secure systems, applications and services that meet the organization's business needs.
Key responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks, practices and projects. Assist with the development of up-to-date information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, and oversee their approval, dissemination, and maintenance. Ensure that the security management program is compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements. Help to champion information security program across the enterprise and foster a security-aware culture. Help oversee the implementation of information security solutions that are innovative, cost-effective, and minimally disruptive. Manage regular internal and external IT audit groups reviews, and the coordination of all required fixes. Help report business metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security management program and increase the maturity of the program over time. Organise technical reviews on systems and infrastructure and help provide recommendations for system improvement. Implement security controls as per compliance requirements. Ensure IT and infrastructure assets are maintained to ensure compliance around security. Ensure IT assets and infrastructure are regularly patched and maintained based on vendor requirements. Desired skills: Knowledge of security, risk and control frameworks and standards such as ISO27001 and 27002, ISM, NIST and ITIL. Systems administration or 1st level support. SaaS knowledge.
