Innovative and energetic Christian educators are invited to apply for the position of Junior School Welfare Coordinator. This is a full-time position commencing in 2025, reporting to the Head of Junior School. As Welfare Coordinator, the teacher has 1 release day each week.

The successful applicant will be able to:
Work in partnership with the Head of Junior School and Stage Coordinators to provide leadership in all aspects of student wellbeing from P-6.
Provide a pro-active and contemporary wellbeing program that addresses student's intellectual, social, emotional, cultural and physical growth and development.
Support Stage Coordinators with escalated student discipline or welfare concerns as needed.
Promote student belonging and connectedness through positive relationships, respect for others and opportunities for authentic student agency and voice.
Design and implement lessons to inspire curiosity and critical thinking across KLAs.
Perceive the needs of individual students and take realistic steps to meet those needs.
Engage warmly and constructively with parents.
Embed a Biblical perspective into the curriculum.
Provide timely and transformative feedback to students.
Confidently integrate ICT to enhance learning outcomes.
Work collaboratively and productively with their colleagues across the wider Junior School community.
