Junior School Teacher - Middle and Upper Primary 2025Trinity Anglican College is a co-educational school with over 1300 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

THE ROLE The role of classroom teacher at Trinity Anglican College is a highly valued and rewarding position.
Teachers in all year levels will work on growing the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional well-being of our greatest asset, our students.
Classroom teachers in middle (Year 3-4) and upper (Year 5-6) primary classrooms will help students transition from Early Years learning into a more independent and student-focused learning environment.
There remains a strong focus on skill-focused explicit, direct instruction pedagogies, that are supported by scaffolded investigative learning opportunities.
Contributing to the ongoing development of teaching instruction by being involved in a shared learning culture of using research and evidence-based best practice pedagogies to inform growth in practice, is a rewarding part of a teacher at Trinity's journey.
The role of classroom teacher will see you deliver lessons across all NESA Key Learning Areas of English, Mathematics, Science and HSIE.
There are also opportunities for teachers to deliver lessons in other domains including STEM, PDHPE, Visual Art, Music, and Religious and Values Education.
Teachers will work closely as a year level team, however, also forming part of the Stage Team.
This team collaborates with colleagues across their stage as well as our specialist teachers for PDHPE, Visual Art, Music, STEM and RAVE.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in teams across an organisation to deliver shared goals.A demonstrated history of experience in being able to manage student well-being within a school.Current NESA Accreditation at Proficient or above.Current NSW Working with Children's Check.Current First Aid certificate.KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Commitment to Christian Values and Inclusion for all students, staff, and families: Trinity Anglican College is an Anglican school and committed to providing a learning environment focused on instilling Christian values in our students.

Remuneration will be determined by the Principal according to qualifications and experience.
