Job Description Full-time, fixed term position for Term 4, 2024 (leave replacement position) Teachers at Ballarat Grammar School are responsible for empowering students with:
Academic confidence and a passion for learning, An understanding of the obligations of community, both local and international, Social competence, the capacity for leadership and genuine compassion for others, A desire for involvement in the arts, sports and co-curricular activities, Good physical and emotional health, and An understanding of, and learning from, Christian faith and Christian spirituality. Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar's values.  Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in teaching within primary years. A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to display compassion. Knowledge of differentiation, feedback and assessment strategies which enhance learning.
