The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate an understanding of sales and customer service in B2B sales, hospitality, design or related retail environments (lighting retailer, high-end furniture or similar). Whilst some sales experience is important the desire to intimately learn the product range and develop long-term, meaningful client relationships is what will see you excel in this role.
A genuine love of contacting prospective clients via phone and email, conducting product demonstrations, quoting and closing deals with hunger and enthusiasm will see your career progress into an external Business Development role with opportunities to sell within Australia and overseas.
Supported closely by the Head of Global Sales you will be trained and taught advanced sales techniques upon commencement to ensure your success. The role will initially involve calling lapsed and prospective customers within the restaurant, hotel and resort sectors. You will be advising them on the current product range, determine opportunities for product demonstrations, provide quotes, process orders and provide general sales and customer service support to their valued customers and prospects.

The successful applicant can expect to earn between $25,000-$40,000 in commission based on current sales data. Commission is uncapped so the more tenacious you are the more you can earn.
