About the Role The Sales & Customer Service Specialist role is a key business contributor whose primary role is to drive business growth via a customer and solution-focused approach. The role will be responsible for handling walk-in traffic, educating customers on Splend's unique and industry-leading products, and managing a portfolio of existing customers. Please note this role will be based out of our Moorooka hub! Responsibilities:Educate customers across our product suite and service offering and Splend's points of difference.Educate customers on the benefits and potential earning and lifestyle that on-demand driving can offer and how we can support their journey.Complete in-person sales appointments and test drives.Work closely with the operation and depot teams to maximize all sales potentials and focus on specific products where required to meet stock demands and business goals.Manage an existing portfolio of customers to ensure customer success and identify opportunities for in-life upgrades and cross-selling.Maintain a high level of customer service in line with Splend's values and passion for our customers.What You'll Bring:Excellent customer service skills (2+ years experience is ideal).Highly effective communicator with the ability to work in a team and build rapport with customers from various cultural backgrounds.Ability to persuasively present products, understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.Excellent time management skills.Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.Eager to learn, grow, and develop in a high-growth scale-up environment.Strong administrative capabilities.A current and valid Australian driver's license.Comfortable commuting and working out of our Moorooka Hub.Ability to work weekends as per roster.Our Benefits:Performance-based bonus.Employee Assistance Program.Dedicated Learning & Development Platform.Splend is a dynamic growth company driven by a shared vision for success.
