About the role WesTrac is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate/Junior Reliability Engineer to join our team based at Mt. Thorley. As a Junior Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in presenting facts and data to establish, implement and mentor reliability programs that minimise machine downtime and asset costs, using reliability engineering principles to reduce the risk of failure and ensure the fleet's total cost of ownership is always improving, understood and minimised in line with customer expectations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for liaison between WesTrac Site Performance Specialists, Mining Support teams and Product Health Team to ensure swift problem-solving and continuous improvement of Caterpillar equipment.
This position is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The hours are 07:30am – 4:00pm.
