Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Junior Reception & Admin Support to join our team based in West Perth, WA.
Supporting the Office Manager and the wider Fugro team, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm and drive to learn and is seeking to establish themselves as a reception and administrative professional.Responsibilities include:Greet, welcome and assist visitors and guests at the main reception, both in person and over the telephone;Maintain all aspects of office stationery supplies and coordinate couriers, both local and international including printing personnel Identification Cards;Arrange catering for various office meetings/events, ensure smooth and on-time delivery, and refill kitchen consumables, keep kitchens tidy and maintain meeting rooms;Conduct inductions for new employees/visitors, manage building access passes and liaise with building management;Create purchase orders in the company integrated system and reconcile credit card and Uber for Business charges and gather back up documentation;Assist with various ad-hoc admin tasks and document format for other Fugro departments when requested.Who we areWe are Fugro, the world's leading Geo-data specialist, focused on mapping, modeling and monitoring data about the earth's surface and the structures built upon it.
